"Leave the newborn in peace!
Leave room for them to live!
Don't think for them,
don't read them the same book;
let them discover the dawn
and name their own kisses. "

Pablo Neruda

THE REASON OF A CHOICE

Each of us eat in a year, more than half a ton of food and drink liters and liters of beverages. The human body is what you eat, and the health and physical efficiency depend on what you bring to the table daily and in every age of your life. To make a "conscious" diet means educate themselves, understand why it’s necessary to choose one food over another and to learn also to build the daily diet to suit your needs. The best way to do this is to eat according to the nature. For this reason we make the choice to give a food educational and to propose to recover the Mediterranean diet of our grandparents. In our Biosteria we cook everything we produce in the garden, we offer complete and balanced meals and we accompany our guest not only trough the flavors but also in the choice of the menu. We do not propose fish and meat, all our dshesare free of animal ingredients.

THE BOOK’S BAGGAGE

In our educational farm we promote reading, each laboratory will be enriched by reading books or poems according to the age of the students because we believe that:

"A child who reads is an adult who thinks"
