The olives are available in variety “leccino”, big“drupa” that tastes of green olives, and “cellina”, smaller and sweet, as well as the olive paste.
Olives are “cured” in the traditional way: 6 months in water and salt without addition of acidifying.
The pickles and paste are prepared for us from the farm www.lelame.it, based in Cutrufiano.
The combination of their vegetables with our olives and extra virgin olive oil created a line of delicious and tasty products to be used as an appetizer, garnish, seasoning.
